Base: $120,000 - $217,500 Annual; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual performance-based awards; Benefits: Comprehensive program including 401K match, insurance, and paid time off

Must-have
15+ years software engineering experience
Deep hands-on expertise in modern engineering architectures
Strong practical experience with AI/ML and generative AI
Understanding of front office investment workflows
Experience with cloud platforms and data-intensive systems

Bridge research-grade innovation with enterprise delivery
Experience in regulated institutional environments
Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Key Requirements
15+ years of experience in software engineering or data platforms
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
