The ideal candidate will be a licensed LPN/LVN with strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality care in a long-term care environment

Job Summary

  • Administer patient assessments, oversee the assessment process, setting the assessment schedules and assuring that assessments are done in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Direct the day to day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long term care facility.
  • Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
