Job Summary

  • The Associate Director for Finance provides strategic leadership and oversight for all budget and financial operations within the Office of Enrollment Management (EM).
  • This position is responsible for the comprehensive management of financial reporting, budget development, forecasting, and analysis across EM Central, Undergraduate Admissions, Assessment & Technology, External Relations & Visit Experience, and Student Financial Aid.
  • The incumbent leads the day-to-day financial management of the office, including accounting operations, budget preparation and monitoring, forecasting, procurement, institutional financial aid oversight, compliance, and the establishment of strong internal controls.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Eight (8) years of professional finance or accounting experience
  • Three (3) years of experience supervising or managing professional staff
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
  • Skill in use of large-scale financial systems
  • Skill in Microsoft Office products
  • Skill in oral and written communications
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, regulations, and laws
