Job Summary

  • The primary responsibilities of this position include servicing, repairing, cleaning, and maintaining Video Gaming Terminals (VGTs), Redemption Terminals (RTs), Amusement devices/equipment, Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs), Marketing devices/equipment, and other associated equipment as required.
  • Service technicians will interact with other Accel Entertainment employees and personnel at partner locations, promoting teamwork and a positive customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in Slot machine, VGT, Amusement, ATM service or related technical field desired
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • Mechanically inclined individual preferred
  • Some PC or networking skills desired
  • Able to lift and/or move heavy objects
  • Able to obtain a terminal handler license
