Salary
Base: $190,693 – $233,000 USD Annual; Bonus/Equity: Short-term incentive bonus and equity-based long-term incentive program eligibility; Benefits: Retirement program, paid vacation, health coverage

Key Requirements

8+ years pharmaceutical or biotech experience
Proven ability to influence without authority
Experience designing and executing project plans
Willingness to travel 40-50%
Experience engaging Rheumatologists at strategic level
