Job Summary

  • This position will be responsible for overall technical leadership of system analysis, design, development, integration, test, and deployment, serving as the top technical decision authority on the program.
  • The Chief Engineer establishes the technical vision and establishes design practices for the organization that are robust, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving the implementation of innovative solutions.
  • Responsible for dividing the system into modular components to be built by the Agile teams and for establishing secure environments and infrastructure for development, integration, and test.

Salary

Senior, level 5: $ 154,700 - $ 209,300; Principal, level 6: $ 185,300 - $ 250,700; Benefits: Health insurance, retirement savings plans, etc.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • 14+ years related work experience (Level 5)
  • 20+ years related work experience (Level 6)
  • 7+ years experience with architecture of programs
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Experience with MILSATCOM ground systems design
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary team
