Key Requirements
College degree required
5-8 years Investor Accounting experience
Knowledge of FHA, VA, and USDA loan guidelines
Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae servicing guidelines
Requires smart phones that meet Company security standards
