Job Summary

• The Center for Global Sustainability (CGS) at the University of Maryland seeks an HR & Payroll Coordinator to provide operational support for human resources and payroll administration.
• This position supports the day-to-day execution of HR and payroll processes, including processing HR transactions in Workday, supporting payroll and timekeeping compliance, maintaining employee records, and coordinating onboarding activities.
• The position reports to the Manager of Human Resources and plays a key role in maintaining accurate employment records, supporting payroll reporting and compliance, and assisting with the coordination of HR administrative processes across the Center.
