The Supervisor is responsible for daily operations including: safety of the area, ensuring compliance with all policies/procedures/training, development of operators, ensuring resources are scheduled accordingly per the production plan, and helping resolve any production issues.
Key Objectives/Deliverables: Demonstrating and delivering a strong safety culture for the shift, Delivering strong quality performance for the shift in accordance with established procedures, Ensuring the shift follows all cGMP requirements.
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).

Salary
Base: $35.33 - $51.83; Bonus/Equity: Company bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive benefit program including 401(k), pension, vacation, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, time off, and well-being benefits.
