  • As a Reservations Agent, you will be receiving reservations, booking changes and cancellations over various booking channels for the Swissôtel Clark and Widus Hotel.
  • You are responsible for answering and responding effectively and efficiently to all enquiries on Hotel reservations in a knowledgeable, courteous and prompt manner.
