Base: $62,000 - $85,500 Annually; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Tuition reimbursement, childcare benefits, 12% monthly retirement contribution with 100% employer match

Key Requirements
Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
Valid unrestricted Arizona license (LMSW, LAC, LASAC/LAAC, or LAMFT)
One year of behavioral health experience
Pass pre-employment background and fingerprint investigation
CPR certification required during new hire orientation
