Job Summary

  • The STARE Lead Threat Systems Engineer identifies and assesses threat system characteristics, capabilities and tactics that drive sensor requirements and operational performance within an integrated air and missile defense force.
  • The STARE Threat Lead is the primary coordination point with external Threat SMEs within the other PEO Component Project Offices including but not limited to the Integrated Fires Threat System Engineering Group.
  • Responsibilities include working/guiding verification, validation, and accreditation between STARE products and intelligence production centers/Army Threat agencies.
