Candidates will receive a $90,000 sign-on bonus paid over four annual installments for this specialized position.
The role requires independent competency in endoscopic vein and/or arterial harvesting alongside first assistance in open thoracic and robotic lung surgeries.

Base: $59.00 - $88.50 per hour; Bonus: $90,000 sign-on bonus (4 annual installments); Benefits: Comprehensive suite including health, dental, vision, retirement match, and paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ years Cardiothoracic Surgery experience
Endoscopic vein harvesting proficiency
OR only surgical APP role
Thoracic surgery first assistance
Robotic lung surgery assistance
Nice-to-have
Strong decision-making skills
Team player with MDs and APPs
Critical thinking in high acuity environment
Key Requirements
Graduation from accredited NP or PA program
NC and SC licensure required
ACNP or AGACNP certification required
Current DEA license and prescriptive privileges
BLS and ACLS certification valid >90 days
Master's degree preferred for PAs
