Job Summary
The Sr. Manager, Global Service Processes serves as the primary liaison between Global Service and, QA/RA, Procurement/Supply Chain and Global Commercial Enablement (GCOE) on all service‑related issues.
This role ensures that Service policies and procedures are followed and that stakeholders are kept informed of key concerns.
This position reports to the Director, Global Service Support & Development and is part of the Global Service Strategic Solutions group and will be fully REMOTE.
