Job Summary

  • The Sr. Manager, Global Service Processes serves as the primary liaison between Global Service and, QA/RA, Procurement/Supply Chain and Global Commercial Enablement (GCOE) on all service‑related issues.
  • This role ensures that Service policies and procedures are followed and that stakeholders are kept informed of key concerns.
  • This position reports to the Director, Global Service Support & Development and is part of the Global Service Strategic Solutions group and will be fully REMOTE.

  • Experience with ERP and CRM tools
