Job Summary

• As a Claims Consultant within our Group space for our Aware fund, you will manage life insurance claims from start to finish, providing a seamless experience for our customers.
• A key focus of this role involves providing a best-in-class customer and client (e.g. advisers, trustees, fund administrators) experience, including regular communication in relation to the status of claims and managing expectations, to deliver on quality health and claim outcomes.

Key Requirements

• Life insurance claims management experience
• IP and/or TPD claims experience
• Workers Compensation or Return to Work claims management experience with an Allied Health background
• Strong analytical, problem-solving & time-management skills
• Excellent communication & empathy
• Solid understanding of injuries, illnesses and treatment
