Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, negotiate terms, and prepare procurement recommendations. Monitor project costs, verify progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts. Maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, reports, and meeting records. Provide administrative support to project managers in planning and execution. Help with data entry and updating of costing spreadsheets or documents (LA). Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications. Conduct site visits to monitor works, validate claims, and resolve site issues when required. Support value engineering initiatives and propose cost-effective alternatives. Assist in project handover, ensuring all financial and contractual matters are properly closed. Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by management to support overall project and company needs.
