Job Summary

  • Directly support the F/A-18 & EA-18G FST by assisting the Maintenance Readiness Team in improving specifications and exploring age-related issues.
  • Provide support to fleet readiness issues, primarily structural corrosion, by developing and improving predictive metrics and tracking initiative effectiveness.
  • Assess and recommend changes to maintenance philosophies for new or existing systems considering maintainability, supportability, reliability, and affordability.
