The Medical Lead serves as the senior medical leader for Biogen’s portfolio across Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau, defining and executing integrated medical strategy.
This role partners cross-functionally to shape scientific strategy, advance evidence generation, and ensure Biogen maintains scientific and ethical leadership in Neuromuscular Diseases.
As a people leader, the Medical Lead builds, develops, and retains a high-performing medical organization and sits on the affiliate leadership team.

Key Requirements
Medical or scientific qualification (M.D., Ph.D., or Pharm.D. preferred)
10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs
Demonstrated people leadership experience
Strong knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and reimbursement environments
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization
