Nvidia Corporation is seeking a Senior Hardware Architect to lead the architecture and strategy for in-field diagnostic testing of their Tegra System-on-Chips (SoCs) used in data centers and autonomous vehicles. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SoC architecture, particularly in Reliability, Availability, and Serviceability (RAS), and will work collaboratively with various teams to enhance system diagnostics

Key Requirements

  • MS or PhD degree in computer or electrical engineering or equivalent experience
  • At least 8+ years of SoC architecture, design and/or verification experience
  • Good understanding of Reliability, Availability, Serviceability (RAS) in the SoC context
  • Meaningful industry expertise in defining SoC architecture areas (RAS, Clocks, Resets, Debug, etc.)
  • Hands-on design verification experience
  • Comfortable communicating and solving issues at all levels of architecture definition
