  • The Guest Services Representative personifies the Values of Respect for Life, Compassionate Concern and Joyful Service while supporting staff, patients, and families.
  • This position conducts rounds in waiting rooms, inpatient rooms, Emergency Department, and Surgery areas to identify needs and address complaints.
