Job Summary

• Provides clinical mental health and crisis triage services for employees experiencing acute distress, utilizing advanced diagnostic training to assess needs, determine appropriate referral pathways, and identify when immediate intervention or treatment placement is required.
• Assists with and coordinates total well-being programming to reduce health risks and medical costs and encourage healthy lifestyles.
• The Wellness Coordinator position will be instrumental in creating and daily operations of the Health and Wellness program and Peer Support programs.
