Job Summary

  • The Sr. HRBP will lead a team of Human Resources team members to support the execution of HR initiatives and practices in the assigned scope and in alignment with the overall organization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing high-level guidance on labor relations, policy interpretation, and legislative compliance across the Ontario region.
  • Analyze complex data sets (staffing, turnover, absenteeism, and productivity) to provide fiscal justification for personnel activities and resource deployment.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years progressive HR experience
  • Proven experience managing and developing a team

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of Human Rights and Employment Standards
  • CPHR/SHRM designation or equivalent preferred
  • Valid work authorization required
