Job Summary
The Sr. HRBP will lead a team of Human Resources team members to support the execution of HR initiatives and practices in the assigned scope and in alignment with the overall organization.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing high-level guidance on labor relations, policy interpretation, and legislative compliance across the Ontario region.
Analyze complex data sets (staffing, turnover, absenteeism, and productivity) to provide fiscal justification for personnel activities and resource deployment.

Key Requirements
5+ years progressive HR experience
