Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to manage the promotional dynamics of the traditional channel in Provinces, managing the end-to-end budget and designing strategic proposals that ensure competitiveness, correct execution, and demand generation.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the promotional budget for the traditional channel for the Personal Care categories (Huggies, Kotex, Plenitud), focusing on Provinces.
You will have the opportunity to work under a hybrid model with flexible work arrangements and travel to Provinces 1-2 times a month as needed.

Key Requirements

Professional in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
