  • The lead will establish sourcing activities for the region, employer brand, academic relationships, referral programs, etc.
  • The lead must cascade and implement Orbia's global policies and procedures, working closely with the Orbia TA head.

  • Experience within a multinational or geographically dispersed organization
  • Talent acquisition experience in the chemical industry
  • Fluency in English
