Job Summary
The Medical Delegate is responsible for promoting and ensuring the proper use of medications under their responsibility with healthcare professionals involved in the care pathway.
They will design and pilot the Sector Action Plan (PAS) based on regional objectives and develop projects around medications with healthcare actors in collaboration with all Johnson & Johnson stakeholders.
The role requires a strong ability to identify and question stakeholders in a complex environment to understand their needs, and to work in a team and coordinate with numerous internal actors in a complex matrix environment.
