The primary purpose of this job is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing leadership.
Essential duties include accurately preparing, administering, and documenting medications, as well as observing and reporting any errors or resident reactions.
The role requires maintaining positive working relationships, participating in quality assurance programs, and adhering to all facility policies and procedures.
