  • Lead employee and labor relations activities, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices in accordance with the Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT), labor regulations, and internal policies.
  • Analyze HR and labor metrics (turnover, engagement, absenteeism, grievances, performance data) to identify trends, assess people and labor risks, and recommend data-driven solutions.
