The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must maintain confidentiality of resident information and promptly report any suspected violations or incidents.

Assist with resident mobility and transfers

Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Ability to read and interpret technical and regulatory documents
