Job Summary
The Field Sales Team Lead is responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees to deliver a full range of sales support activities in coordination with the Consumer Sales team.
This role ensures seamless delivery of support services to Citi clients and assists the team in meeting sales targets while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and policies.
Responsibilities include conducting performance evaluations, managing hiring and disciplinary actions, servicing existing accounts, establishing new accounts, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
