Job Summary

  • Oversee daily, weekly and monthly production targets of a team in Surface Finishing and Assembly while maintaining the highest of quality, safety and process standards.
  • Act as a coach and mentor to improve employee performance and engagement, resolving employee concerns and conducting performance reviews.
  • Lead the on-going reduction of inventory and elimination of waste by promoting LEAN/CORE principles and daily TPM and 5S in the shop.
