Job Summary

  • Partner closely with People Leaders across the Media Practice Area, providing expertise throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead on complex Employee Relations cases and provide expert advice on performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, and capability issues.
  • This is a 12-month Maternity Cover role with hybrid working arrangements requiring office presence at least 2 days a week in Manchester or London.
