Must-have
cGMP bioprocessing manufacturing experience
Cleanroom environment and aseptic processing
Experience with cell washing and separation
Cryopreservation processes and equipment
Ability to work rotating night shifts
Nice-to-have
Innovative problem-solving skills
Training others on SOPs and Work Instructions
Experience with automated bioreactors
Strong practical and theoretical knowledge
Comfortable handling human blood components
Key Requirements
High school diploma required
3+ years of cGMP bioprocessing or cell therapy experience
Bachelor's degree in science or engineering strongly preferred
