The Production Supervisor provides direct supervision to manufacturing associates to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People performance goals.

Candidates will lead sustained change through the Integer Production System (IPS) while promoting associate engagement via standardized problem-solving methodologies.
