PATH is seeking a Consultant Technical Advisor for Digital Payment Systems to provide technical oversight for Inclusive and Instant Payment Systems funded by the Gates Foundation. The position requires significant expertise in payment systems, particularly with Mojaloop, and entails reviewing technical deliverables to ensure they meet international standards within local regulatory contexts.

Job Summary
PATH is seeking a Senior Technical Advisor with deep expertise in instant payment systems to provide independent technical oversight and quality assurance support for the development of governance and operational frameworks for Inclusive & Instant Payment Systems.
The Advisor will function as a technical reviewer, risk assessor, and strategic sounding board, ensuring rigour, coherence, and value for money across all IIPS-related deliverables.
The engagement is for a period of up to three (3) years from the date of contract signature, with an estimated level of effort of 10–40 hours per month.
