Job Summary
Assists the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and supervising the activities of the nursing staff.
Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, ensuring resident safety and respect.
Acts as a liaison between residents, family members, and physicians, and may be required to provide direct resident care as needed.
