Job Summary

• Serve as a key member of our People Services team, providing expert benefit administration and employee support, leveraging best practices and a deep understanding of our programs to ensure accurate and impactful delivery of all benefit programs and procedures.
• Act as the primary liaison for benefits and GTA/LOA queries with employees, providing expert advice, guidance, and clarification by interpreting and applying a deep understanding of employee benefits, Salesforce policies, and relevant regulations.
• Track, report, and analyze employee case trends using our case management system to identify common pain points and root causes, actively proposing automation and optimization for any benefits administration using Salesforce-on-Salesforce tools.
