The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the facility to ensure all resident assessments are completed per strict guidelines.
This role requires coordinating interdisciplinary participation to complete Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments within regulatory time frames while ensuring documentation completeness.
The incumbent must provide oversight on weekly PDPM meetings and track facility effective utilization of PDPM tools including Physician Diagnosis Verification.
