Job Summary

  • Oversees, administers, manages, and facilitates general operations, planning, set up, budgeting, cubical assignment, office layout, and other activities for the City Facilities.
  • Manages and supervises facility set up, organization, and maintenance; plans, directs and coordinates office and space organization, cubical assignment, and general layout.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibility in accordance with City policies, procedures and applicable; manages all interviewing, hiring and training, and planning, assigning, and directing work.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architectural field
  • Five (5) years of experience in budget development/management/administration
  • Three (3) years project management/supervisory responsibilities
  • High school or GED plus nine (9) years of experience including three (3) years project management/supervisory responsibilities
  • Associate degree plus seven (7) years of experience including three (3) years project management/supervisory responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in a non-specified field plus seven (7) years of experience including three (3) years project management/supervisory responsibilities
  • Master's degree in a specified field plus three (3) years of experience including three (3) years project management/supervisory responsibilities
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
