  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and standard business applications, while administering user accounts and permissions.
  • Respond to service desk tickets, diagnose technical problems, and resolve or appropriately escalate issues, while tracking IT assets and maintaining accurate inventory records.
