Job Summary

  • Provide technical and functional support for incentive compensation management processes, ensuring accurate data integration, calculation, reporting, and administration of sales compensation plans.
  • Perform day-to-day system support and maintenance for Data Integration to the SAP Callidus Incentive Compensation system, monitoring and resolving issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for end-user inquiries, providing troubleshooting, training, and documentation for business users on system functionality.
