Key Requirements

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 8+ years experience
• MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 6+ years experience
• Strong knowledge of scan/DFT concepts
• Hands-on experience with ATE platforms
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages
• Understanding of semiconductor device physics
• Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing
