Job Summary

  • In this role, you will lead Business Strategy and Market Access for Hong Kong & Macau, collaborating with leadership and key stakeholders to shape strategic direction, drive sustainable growth, and implement AI-powered innovations.
  • You will oversee the development of payer value propositions, pricing strategies, and market access priorities to maximize patient access and ensure timely reimbursement across therapeutic areas.
  • Working cross-functionally, you will engage external and internal partners—including payers, government, commercial teams, and advocacy groups—to strengthen equity in treatment access, optimize patient journeys, and communicate the value of our therapies through evidence-based strategies.
