Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Operate automatic joining machines
Perform mechanical repairs and adjustments
Comply with QHSE practices and rules
Set up joining tables and install fabrics
Maintain high standard of housekeeping
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment
Nice-to-have
Work closely with engineers and supervisors
Participate in problem solving and risk analysis
Coach new employees on safety practices
Stay current on new processes and changes
Key Requirements
In-depth knowledge of weave structures
Experience with automatic joining machines
Ability to read and understand manufacturing tickets
Familiarity with VKS work instructions
Full-time availability for night shift (7pm to 7am)
