Job Summary

  • Our client's Charlotte office is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Corporate practice group, which represents public and privately owned companies in a variety of business matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance counsel, and commercial matters.
  • This position requires reviewing, drafting and negotiating principal and ancillary agreements for mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, for both large strategic buyers and financial sponsors.
  • Candidate would be part of, and take a leadership role in, managing due diligence exercises and closing mechanics in M&A transactions.
