Job Summary

  • This role will lead the engineering team for our OTR APIs product that caters fleet management and OTR payments solutions to our large customers and partners.
  • Be a hands-on technical leader, and own and implement systems designs of API platform, and make high judgement design calls such as choosing between RESTful APIs and gRPC APIs depending on use case.
  • Hire, lead, manage, retain, and grow high-performance software engineers using active career growth planning.
