  • You will be responsible for qualified customer advice in telephone processing/maintenance of customer contacts and will process inquiries received by phone, email, and post, including standard orders, returns, collection orders, and credit notes.
  • You will work with the field service & technical team to arrange internal material deliveries and will be responsible for data maintenance for debtors, equipment, and conditions.
