Job Summary

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung, Führung, Kalkulation und Überwachung aller Bauprojekte in der Ausführungsphase unter Berücksichtigung und Einhaltung terminlicher, wirtschaftlicher und qualitativer Vorgaben sowie vertraglicher, technischer und rechtlicher Rahmenbedingungen.
  • Selbstständige fachliche Anleitung und Führung der unterstellten Projektteams inkl. Organisation und Durchführung regelmäßiger Teambesprechungen.
