Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for FP&A in Bratislava, Slovakia, to lead financial insight and performance management for a significant revenue-generating business. The ideal candidate should possess extensive FP&A experience in a complex, multinational environment and strong analytical and leadership skills

Job Summary

  • This role partners closely with senior leadership while collaborating with remote FP&A and business-support teams based in Slovakia and India who do not report directly to this position.
  • The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with the ability to lead through influence across geographies, time zones, and organizational structures.
  • Besides working in an international environment, you will receive a regularly monthly bonus after your first six months, meal vouchers, a recreation allowance and retail discounts.

Key Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience
  • Experience supporting a business of $1B+ in revenue
  • Multinational or multi-region exposure
  • Demonstrated success working in a matrixed, global environment
  • Manage remote teams and influence stakeholders
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial systems (Oracle, iScala), PowerBI, and consolidation tools (OneStream)
  • Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • ACCA/CPA/CMA is a plus
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
