  • Act as the primary expert for ITSM/ITOM/SPM processes and ServiceNow capabilities, defining and maintaining best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize ITSM workflows on the ServiceNow platform, providing guidance and training.
  • Join NXP IT’s modern DevOps organization, reporting to the Product Owner ServiceNow Platform and collaborating with architects and process owners.
