Job Summary

  • Manage and deliver buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements, ensuring the analysis is completed to scope and translated into clear transaction conclusions and recommendations for partners and clients.
  • Provide oversight over multiple complex engagements end-to-end, shaping diligence strategy and conclusions, advising senior stakeholders on transaction and SPA implications.
  • Communicate effectively to all levels of engagement management; present findings and recommendations to senior managers / directors, partners and clients; manage expectations and maintain momentum under tight timelines while balancing multiple engagements.
